January 25th, 2012 | Posted by in Uncategorized"Flotilla 25-04 is lucky to have each boating and aviation members. Our boaters help the United States Coast Guard on and off the h2o. Functions and missions involve: look at standing at USCG Station New London, weekend safety patrols, courtesy boat security checks, community schooling lessons (from essential to advanced on boating and navigation), maritime domain consciousness efforts, and search & rescue. The aviation wing flies missions around New York Metropolis, Extensive Island Sound, the Hudson and Connecticut rivers, and Lake Champlain. Our air crews are vital assets in the U.S. Coast Guard's mission to secure the homeland and provide air aid during lookup and rescue procedures. We are America's volunteer lifesavers, and we would be happy to converse with you at your local marina, boat ramp, maritime seller, or even the next boat show!Semper Paratus!".
